How an Order Runs

1. 01

   Artwork / sample intake

   Day 0

   Send your tech pack, artwork file or a physical sample. We confirm fabric, GSM, sizing and decoration feasibility.

2. 02

   Quotation

   1–2 days

   Tiered quotation by quantity, with fabric, decoration, packing and Incoterms options.

3. 03

   Sampling

   7–15 days

   Prototype made with your chosen decoration method; photos and video for remote confirmation, courier on request.

4. 04

   Sample confirmation

   2–3 days

   Fit, color and print approval — with a revision round if anything needs adjusting.

5. 05

   Pre-production sample

   3–5 days

   PP sample made with bulk fabric and trims, becoming the standard for production.

6. 06

   Bulk production

   20–30 days

   Cutting, sewing, decoration and finishing, with inline QC at every stage.

7. 07

   Final inspection & shipping

   2–5 days

   Final inspection, export packing, and handover to your forwarder.

Screen printing

Heat transfer

DTG (direct-to-garment)

Garment wash
