BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER

Questions worth asking early.

Share what you already know. The remaining commercial and production details can be confirmed against your order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Send the style or reference, fabric, colour options, decoration requirements and estimated quantity. The minimum quantity is checked for that combination and confirmed in the quotation; it may differ by style and colour.

How are sample fees and timing confirmed?

Clarify whether you need an existing-style sample, a development sample or a pre-production sample. Agree the specifications, number of revisions, sample fee, courier cost and target dispatch date before sampling begins.

Can colours and sizes be mixed within an order?

Provide a quantity breakdown by style, colour and size. We can then discuss the required size chart, fabric availability and any minimum quantities that apply to each option before confirming the order.

When can bulk production be ready?

Share the required arrival date and destination first. The production schedule is reviewed against material readiness, sample approval, order quantity and the current production plan. Confirm the production-ready date and transport time separately in writing.

How are payment and shipping arranged?

Confirm the quotation currency, payment stages, destination and agreed trade terms in the order documents. Identify who books freight, the shipping method and which charges are included before payment or dispatch.

Can I request a video walkthrough or inspection records?

List the processes, products or inspection points you want to review, together with your time zone and available times. Confirm what can be shown or shared for the relevant order, and agree any third-party inspection arrangements in advance.
